Eugenio Rosi
Eugenio studia enologia all’Istituto di S. Michele all’Adige e poi fa l’enologo per 11 vendemmie in Cantina sociale.

If you like natural wine and very good bar food you should go there. They offer many open wines which you can try. We have tasted rosé, white, orange and red wines from Tuscany which were really good! The food is delicious as well. We have enjoyed olives, pasta, tartar and chocolate cake as well. The infusion as a digestiv made it perfect. The service is friendly and attentive. Thank you!

This place has a special spot in my heart is was so amazing. Everything from the staff to the vibe to the orange wines, were spectacular

Cool wine bar with an extensive menu of wines from all over! Service was quite helpful when trying to choose what wine to order. Only reason I deducted 1 star was because the price of the platter does not resonate with what is given. 40euro for a board with 4 bruschetta, some veggies in olive oil and some small slices of cheese was quite unreasonable

Stopped in for an aperitivo before dinner as this bar was so close to our hotel. We ended up going three times as everyone was so welcoming. Lovely people running the show with a friendly welcome. The lady who served us recommended a super red with a very interesting flavour. The shop itself was stocked full of bottles of the most interestingly coloured wine. The food at the counter looked really good. On our last night we ordered food we had the hummus, ravioli and crostini with onion. All the food was delicious and well portioned. The ravioli was so well done a simple dish but so tasty. Go visit if you are in the area.

This place is perfection! They have a very decent selection of natural wines by glass, which is not very easy to find in Italy. We’ve tried some of the finest orange wines here! Not only the wine is to die for, but also the vibes, food, atmosphere. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, plus they speak good English and can get into a conversation about flavours and terroirs. They host events, DJ sets, and every Tuesday you’ll get to meet one of the winemakers who’ll guide you through their wines. Good thing I don’t live in Florence, otherwise I’d spend all my time here.
